Dr. William Chernicoff
Dr. Chernicoff’s work focuses on solving complex mobility and transportation system challenges at the local, state, and national levels with new technology and strategy approaches. His research involves understanding the role of short and long-term policy on effective system transformation to improve energy, economic, environmental, and climate sustainability. His work is grounded in adapting theory to real-world problems involving multiple stakeholders with divergent priorities and needs.
