Dr. Juan Pablo Bonilla completed both his M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in the Department of Engineering Management and Systems Engineering and has gone on to lead a distinguished career in climate policy. He previously served as Deputy Minister for the Environment in Colombia, and is currently the Managing Director for Climate Change and Sustainable Development Sector at the Inter-American Development Bank.
