On July 28, the National Academy of Public Administration issued the report “Election 2020: Ensure Data Security and Privacy Rights of Individuals,” which was written by a group chaired by Dr. Costis Toregas, the director of GW’s Cyber Security Policy and Research Institute. It is one of twelve reports on “Grand Challenges” facing the Administration that will take office in January 2021, and it will be circulated to both parties’ transition teams.
