In the webinar “Trade and Tradeoffs: Are U.S. Trade and Climate Policies At Odds?,” the Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS) convened an expert panel, including GW Engineering Professor John Helveston, to explore the intersection of clean energy transition and geopolitics in the U.S.
